In the design, the
" SEALS Spiral Spring Balancer " is a
cost-efficient tool suspending
equipment meeting the ergonomic
requirement which allows the operator to perform the work in an easier,
safer and more efficientway.
In addition, it maintains the working
site orderly and prevents the toolfrom
colliding and falling. |


Labor Saving - It is designed in spiral type by arranging smallto-big spiral
diameters. With the checking force of weak-tostrong spring tension, it
outputs the tension in a balanced mannerto provide consistent suspension
force that allows the operatorto carry out the operation without burden.
Further, it also lets the tool pause at any height and maintains at still status.
In this way, the user can perform the operation without sustaining any tool
load; thus, avoiding tense muscle and fatigue resulting fromlong-term
holding of tools and heavy objects.
Productive - The user can easily drag the tool to where he wants and stop
at easier access position to achieve smoother and more efficient operation.
Efficient - The operator can handle the tool easily; thus, avoiding wasting
time and consuming labor by lowering the tool and picking it again when
taking the object at the same time.
Cost-efficient - Rigid mechanism design makes the product more durable
while bringing down the maintenance cost. In this way, it can significantly
minimize the loss probability due to the colliding and falling of the suspended
tool.


1. It provides 0.5kg to 30kg of lifting load, and a number of 7 different
load ranges are provided for option.

Spring
Balancers / Load Balancers / Tool Balancers are
specially designed to free the operator from the weight of hand
tools. The tool can be pulled down with least pressure, without
any strain or fatigue. Handling of the tool is very easy as the
load and pressure required for operation is counter balanced in
the mechanism of Spring Balancers / Load Balancers / Tool Balancers
itself. The operation is free of gravitational force.
Rugged Construction
Main housing and cover plate are manufactured from high tensile
light weight Aluminum Alloy for maximum resistance against impact
and ease of handling. Upper support hook assembly and Bottom suspension
hook assemblies are manufactured of forged steel to provide maximum
safety. Standard flexible wire rope is used for cables to provide
good flexibility and fall safety.
Tapered
Cable Drum
Unique cable drum design matches the middle turns of spring balancers,
where the optimum torque build-up is constant. This design feature
provides smooth, and even cable tensions throughout the entire length
of cable travel.
External
Tension Adjustment
External tension adjustment is easily accessible from the floor.
Tension can be set at the exact requirement through a hardened worm
form gear system. No special tool needed.
Swivel on Top Hook
Allows 360o rotation. Positions the Spring Balancers / Load Balancers
/ Tool Balancers for easiest cable flow. Prolongs cable life.
Manual Drum Lock
Suspended tools can be changed easily by engaging the manual drum
lock. After tool or cable has been replaced - WITH FULL LOAD ATTACHED,
manual drum lock can be released - DO NOT RELEASE MANUAL DRUM LOCK
WITHOUT ATTACHING FULL LOAD. This can be done on the job site in
minutes, without removing tension on the Spring Balancers / Load
Balancers / Tool Balancers cable. This convenience makes change
over safe, simple and quick, reducing costly down time.
