SEALS Hose Balancer is designed for small pneumatic tools, integrating air supply and tool suspension functions for convenient tool access and return while helping keep the work area organized. The TAB Series uses a 6.5 mm I.D. hose, while the THB Series uses an 8.0 mm I.D. hose and covers a wider range of tool loads. Spring tension can be adjusted according to the actual tool weight; the TAB Series is adjusted with a hex key, while the THB Series is adjusted by turning the worm gear with a wrench. Japanese spring material is used to provide durability, smooth operation, and long-lasting performance.

Applications and Usage

The Hose Balancer can be used with air nippers, pneumatic crimpers, pneumatic screwdrivers, and other small pneumatic tools for cutting, crimping, fastening, and related assembly operations. The hose extends and retracts within the working range for convenient tool handling.

  • The suspension structure rotates 360° to accommodate different operating directions.
  • The plastic housing and smooth braided hose support easy cleaning and smooth hose extension and retraction.
  • Do not exceed the specified load range or maximum hose stroke. Readjust the spring tension after changing to a tool of a different weight.
  • Install a secondary safety wire or chain as an anti-drop measure. Before changing tools, turn off the air supply and release the pressure inside the hose.
