The SEALS CL-A3 Digital Screw Fastening Management System monitors screw fastening sequence, positioning, inspection, recording, prompting, and counting according to production line requirements, helping optimize product yield and quality control.When paired with the SEALS TRPC Series Position Control Torque Reaction Arm, the system retains the labor-saving advantages of the original Torque Reaction Arm and incorporates an Industrial PC to perform precise torque control, position verification, and fastening sequence control at the workstation.Operators complete the fastening process according to the system prompts, helping ensure that no screws are missed during product assembly. The fastening parameters of each screw are also recorded, providing traceability throughout the entire operation process.
