【Case question】
The deep screw hole of the refrigerator door, and the design of the door side to block work, make it difficult for personnel to operate.

【solution】
1. The bit is provided with 3mm pin to achieve appropriate driving depth for the Nipple so sa to avoid unbalanced rim fastening.
2. Reduce the labor caused by the personnel locking the screw lock and increase the speed.
3. The torque-controlled screwdriver is used to improve the fastening quality for the customer.

SEALS CM-501 Vibration bowl type automatic screw feeder could speed up to 50 pieces per minute. And, it could design for screw from M1.0 to M8 and screw length up to 30 mm.
