The SEALS AM-140 automation Air Nipper / Air Terminal Crimper can be seamlessly integrated into fully automated robotic systems or production machines and controlled via an electromagnetic valve, making it ideal for automated assembly lines.
Built with a precision-machined aluminum body of 45mm diameter, the AM-140 offers a lightweight yet durable structure, ensuring easy installation and stable long-term operation. Equipped with specially treated, high-durability SEALS blades, it is suitable for a wide range of tasks including cutting molybdenum wire, iron wire, trimming PCB leads, crimping various insulated and non-insulated terminals, and pressing materials with adhesive.
The YM series provides multiple body sizes and blade configurations to meet diverse cutting and crimping requirements. Optional accessories such as a tool body fixture, foot pedal, and foot pedal with safety cover are available for enhanced operational flexibility.
Featuring quick and simple blade replacement, as well as an integrated volume adjuster for precise power control, the AM-140 reduces operator fatigue, supports ergonomic operation, and boosts productivity—especially in repetitive crimping, cutting, squeezing, and pressing applications.
