Z series
SEALS Z Series carbide tipped cutting blades are specifically designed for cutting hard wires such as piano wire and stainless steel wire. To suit different wire diameters, SEALS offers several blade models (Z2, Z4, Z5, Z8P) compatible with multiple air nipper bodies.
Blades are made from specially treated steel with carbide tips, suitable for heavy-duty applications. Apart from hard wires, they can also be used for copper wire, iron wire, plastic parts, connectors, and wire locks. SEALS provides multiple series with dozens of specifications to fulfill diverse industrial needs.
The nipper body is made of lightweight aluminum alloy, ensuring ease of handling and convenience. Equipped with an adjustable air valve, the operation power can be flexibly controlled. Blades are designed for quick replacement, making maintenance simple and efficient.
