SEALS Y2 copper tube crimping plier is designed for refrigerator and air condition industrial.
We provide two options of tool body. One is AM-300 which provides reverse trigger lever design. AM-300 will activate the crimping action when the lever is not triggered. On the other hand, AM-300 will open the blade if the lever is triggered. This allows the tool crimping material and hanging over there without handheld. And, another suitable tool body is AM-300 with hand slide valve. This also could let the tool crimping tube and hanging over there without handheld. With this function, it allows operator's two hand be available for sealing job.
Meanwhile, we adapt the volume adjuster for moderate clamping power. And, there is a setting screw to set a specific clamping gap if you need.

AM-300 Refrigerant Pipe Clamping and Mechanical Validation
This video demonstrates the AM-300 tool’s operational mechanism and clamping force verification when applied to refrigerant pipes.
During operation, the user engages a manual slide valve to actuate the blade-closing mechanism. This enables the blade to grip the outer wall of the copper pipe with precision and stability. The manual control ensures consistent force application, enhancing positional accuracy and operational safety.
In the validation phase, the tool is suspended in a clamped state and submerged in water to simulate actual working load and environmental pressure. Test results confirm that the AM-300 maintains sufficient clamping force without slippage or refrigerant leakage, verifying the tool’s structural integrity and sealing reliability under practical conditions.
