CM-40AUT

Professional automatic screw feeder, SEALS CM-40AUT, is designed for assembling two or four stand off screws in DVI, VGA card. CM-40AUT is programmable and teachable in the positions For the narrow space due to connector, SEALS automatic screw feeder adopt extra thin JAW to engage screw holes without conflicting with DVI, VGA connector.
Like CM-30T, CM-40T, SEALS CM-B1 also has ergonomic design of auto bit pushing feature. Meanwhile, its auto pushing function also allows horizontal assembly without hand pressing or holding PCB board in conveyor belt system.
For automation purpose, except SEALS CM-40AUT, CM-B1 automatic screw feeder also could be integrated into automation machine such as XY Table, SCARA robot, 6 axis ROBOT and any customized auto assembly machine, etc. And, its automation version also can provide relevant signals and receive control signal for communicate with major control system.
