Automatic Screw Counter
CM-C01
CM-C01 Automatic Screw Counter is suitable for screw quantity-controlled supply, assembly preparation, screw packaging, and production-line material management. The feeding quantity can be set according to operational requirements. Through vibration feeding, rail alignment, rotary disc separation, and sensor counting, the machine supplies the specified quantity of screws. Once counting is completed, the equipment provides LED and buzzer alerts to remind operators to collect the screws, helping reduce manual counting errors while improving preparation efficiency and operational consistency.
Nickname
screw counting feeder, screw quantity feeder
The CM-C01 Automatic Screw Counter is an auxiliary device designed for screw quantity-controlled supply and counting management. It is suitable for assembly line preparation, screw packaging, workstation screw collection, and production-line material management. Users can set the screw quantity for each supply cycle according to actual operational requirements, helping on-site operators quickly obtain a fixed number of screws.
The machine feeds screws into the receiving box in sequence through vibration feeding, rail alignment, rotary disc separation, and sensor counting. When the counted quantity reaches the set value, the equipment provides LED indicator and buzzer alerts to remind operators to collect the screws, reducing the risk of over-counting, under-counting, or missing screws caused by manual counting.
The CM-C01 can be adjusted according to different screw specifications, including the rail, rotary disc, sensor, brush, and other mechanisms, improving feeding stability under different screw conditions. An optional I/O signal interface is also available, providing completion signal, start signal, and push plate signal for connection with external control processes or automated equipment.
This equipment is suitable for applications requiring fixed-quantity preparation, packaging, workstation pre-feeding, or production-line quantity control. It helps reduce the workload of manual counting, improves preparation efficiency and operational consistency, and makes the screw supply process more standardized.

Function
Automatic Counting and Feeding
The CM-C01 can set the screw feeding quantity according to operational requirements. Through automatic counting, it completes quantity-controlled feeding and helps operators quickly obtain a fixed number of screws, making it suitable for assembly preparation, screw packaging, and workstation screw collection applications.
Vibration Feeding and Rail Alignment
The machine uses vibration feeding and rail alignment to arrange screws in sequence and guide them into the separation process, reducing manual picking and counting time while improving the stability of the screw supply process.
Rotary Disc Separation and Sensor Counting
Screws are separated one by one through the rotary disc and counted by the sensor. When the counted quantity reaches the set value, the equipment can stop feeding, helping reduce manual counting errors such as over-counting, under-counting, or missing screws.
LED and Buzzer Completion Alerts
After counting is completed, the equipment provides LED indicator and buzzer alerts to remind operators to collect the screws, allowing on-site personnel to quickly confirm the feeding status and improve operational visibility.
Receiving Box with Push Plate
The counted screws are collected in the receiving box. Operators can press down the push plate to take out the screws; after collection is completed and the push plate returns to its original position, the next counting and feeding cycle can begin.
Adjustable Mechanism Design
The rail width, rail pressure plate, rotary disc, sensor height, and brush position can be adjusted according to screw specifications, improving feeding adaptability for different screw sizes and conditions.
Optional I/O Signal Interface
An optional I/O signal interface is available, providing completion signal, start signal, and push plate signal for connection with external control systems, automated equipment, or production-line processes.
