In Taipei International Industrial Automation Exhibition 2007 , Chengmao Tools exhibit our full production line of automatic screw feeder. The demo machines include following models: XY TABLE automatic screw feeder robot, automatic screw feeder for VGA, DVI card, portable automatic screw feeder for mini screw under from M1.5~M2. Meanwhile, we also exhibit other portable models of automatic screw such as CM-30, CM-30, etc.

2007 Taipei International Cycle Show

In Taipei International Cycle Show, Chengmao Tools exhibit our bicycle rim and bicycle wheel spoke and nipple assembly machine. Our SEALS CM-A4 Automatic Nipple Feeder provide extra deep bicycle rim nipple assembly into spoke, such as 50mm depth in bicycle double wall of rim. This could solve the problem that the nipple will drop into the narrow space of double wall of rim and hard to be cleaned out. Besides spoke and nipple automation assembly machine. We also exhibit our air power crimping plier for aluminum nut for break wire of bicycle. And, the full series of tool balancer, spring balancer, hose balancer are also in the list of exhibition. Jen Duo Trading Co., Ltd. also demo their full range of bicycle assembly tools, testing gauge, repair tools, etc. in the reputational international bicycle show.
