PHTR-20

PHTR-20 is a wall-mounted torque reaction arm system designed for workstations where desktop installation is not feasible.
It is paired with the TR-350 articulated torque reaction arm (hanger, shaft, and base not included).

Configured with a Tool Balancer, the system maintains the stability of the wall-mounted support structure and torque transmission mechanism while providing a more cost-effective configuration option.

PHTR-20 is a wall-mounted torque reaction arm system designed to provide a stable support structure through wall or column installation. It is suitable for assembly workstations where desktop drilling is not possible or where a clean and unobstructed work surface is required.

This model is paired with the TR-350 articulated torque reaction arm (hanger, shaft, and base not included). During fastening operations, the reaction force generated by the tool is transmitted through the arm structure to the fixed mounting point, helping maintain operational stability and fastening consistency.

The PHTR-20 is configured with a Tool Balancer, offering an alternative system configuration compared to wall-mounted models equipped with a Spring Balancer. While maintaining the core functionality of the wall-mounted structure, this configuration provides a more cost-effective solution for production line deployment.

An optional TR-LS horizontal screwdriver holder is also available, allowing the system to be converted from a vertical operation mode to a horizontal fastening mode for expanded application flexibility.
