PHTR-25 is a wall-mounted torque reaction arm configuration paired with the TR-650 Torque Reaction Arm (hanger, shaft, and base not included). It is suitable for workstations requiring a larger working range or extended coverage distance.

Configured with a Tool Balancer, the system maintains the stability of the wall-mounted structure and torque transmission mechanism while providing a solution that balances working range and cost efficiency.

PHTR-25 is a wall-mounted torque reaction arm system designed for assembly workstations requiring extended working range or wider coverage. By mounting to a wall or column, a stable support base is established, allowing the reaction force generated during fastening operations to be transferred through the arm structure and absorbed by the fixed mounting point.

This model is paired with the TR-650 Torque Reaction Arm (hanger, shaft, and base not included). Its structure provides a larger operating range and greater adjustment flexibility, making it suitable for applications with wider work areas or larger workpieces.

The system is configured with a Tool Balancer, enabling the wall-mounted structure to maintain full support functionality while offering greater flexibility in equipment cost planning. This configuration can serve as a cost-efficient solution for standardized production line deployment.

An optional TR-LS horizontal screwdriver holder is also available, allowing the system to be converted from vertical fastening mode to horizontal fastening mode for expanded application versatility.
